Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

Shipping address: Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Priority Research cannot assume responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.
Marked delivered but missing: If the carrier records your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier directly to investigate the delivery.
Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms that your package was lost before delivery, email priorityresearchpep@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier on your behalf.
