Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation only before your order has been processed for shipping. After shipping processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Send your request as soon as possible to priorityresearchpep@gmail.com. Use the subject “Cancel Order” followed by your order number, and include the email associated with the order.

A cancellation request is not confirmation of cancellation. We will review the order’s fulfillment status and reply to let you know whether we can cancel it.

If the order has already shipped, consult the Refund and Return Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
